Guest Policies: 

• Rates include 1 and 2 person occupancy, $20 for each additional person.
• Children 10 and up are welcome at West Winds Inn.
• Check-in time is BETWEEN 3:00 - 8 p.m.
• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Special arrangements should be made for late arrivals.
• West Winds is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted outside.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to our small size last minute cancellations effect us greatly, and gives us little chance of filling the space.  For these reasons, we uphold a strict policy.  We take your last nights stay as a deposit.  If you cancel prior to two weeks of your stay you receive 50% of your deposit.  If you cancel less than two weeks before your stay you forfeit 100% of your deposit. 

During the month of October, all Holidays, and private school parent weekend guests are responsible for their entire stay unless we are able to rebook the room; in which case they will only be charged an administrative fee of $25.00.
